Fears & Phobias
We are born with two fears for our protection: Fear of falling and fear of loud noises. Any other fears are adopted by us during our life!

Sometimes we know what incidence let to the creation of that fear but other time we have no memory or knowledge of the roots of that fear. The good new is. It Doesn't matter.

Once you get to learn how our minds create fear to protect us, you will see why it can be turned down or completely removed rapidly as well.
​
We do need to have some level of fear for our protection but what we do during hypnosis is we get rid of the irrational fears and desensitise the event.

Some commonly experienced physical symptoms are:

Sweating

Fast breathing or trembling

Rapid heartbeat

Sweating or chills

Tightness in your throat or chest

Dry mouth

Butterflies in your stomach

Nausea

Dizziness, confusion, and foggy thinking

A headache

You don't have to let your irrational fear control you day-to day life any longer.

Cancellation Policy
Appointment Cancellation
Please contact Atina Kalustian via email on info@akhypnotherapy.com as soon as you know you will not be able to make your appointment. If cancellation is necessary, we require that you call at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. You may schedule another appointment, via our website at no extra cost.
Late Cancellation/Missed Appointments
A cancellation is considered late, when the appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours before the appointment time. A missed appointment is when a patient misses an appointment without cancelling. In either case, we will charge the client 50% missed appointment fee. If you are a new client, on your first appointment a missed appointment or late cancellation will result in a full charge of the appointment fees.
Late Arrivals/Other
If you are late for your appointment we will still need to finish by the allotted time. If you arrive for treatment under the influence of mind-altering drugs or alcohol, the session will be suspended, and the full fee charged. Further sessions will be at the therapist’s discretion and may be cancelled permanently. I reserve the right to cancel therapy at any time and to refuse prospective clients at my own discretion.
